When was YFII issued? YFII is a decentralized financial protocol and a one-stop platform in the DeFi field. YFI was launched by AndreCronje, an early developer of yearn.finance, in October 2018. YearnFinance is a DeFi yield aggregator, decentralized trading market, and liquidity mining platform. This product allows users to earn interest on their assets and obtain YFI tokens through liquidity mining. Users can also create their own investment portfolios in projects that provide liquidity.
YFII was first issued by AndreCronje in 2020 and is part of the yEarn ecosystem. It locks all participating funds in a smart contract and manages these wallets.
YFV issuance price
yearn.finance officially announced that the issuance price of YFV is $0.01. According to official information, 20% of the total supply of YFV tokens will be allocated to the community incentive fund (stakefund). Before and after the launch of the yfv protocol, the community can use it for voting, staking, and fee payments. 50% is used for governance, and an additional 30% is distributed as liquidity mining rewards. At the same time, to increase the yield, the team has set a maximum minting limit of 50 YFV per block.
